Design features
The national standard OBD2 male pin width is 1.5MM, but considering that the automotive diagnostic seat is plugged with different width connectors in the market, which leads to the female terminal loosening, in this case, our product adopts 1.65MM wide male pin design, which can better ensure better contact.
For solder type OBD male connectors, there are straight pins and 90° curved pins to choose from, some of them can be soldered directly to PCBA board. For the assembly type, it is usually combined with different styles of housing, and the shape and color of the housing can be customized. We have also designed a male OBD header with LED light for use when necessary.
Manufacturing Process
These OBD male headers are made by injection molding the pins into the mold. We have more than 50 sets of OBD male head molds developed by ourselves, and we have more than 15 years of production experience and professional team to provide you with advantageous service.
