Design features
All adopt one-piece full-encapsulation design, durable and non-deformation. One end of the product is OBD female connector (DB male or DB female connector can also be used), using the ring terminal design, which can ensure full contact with the butt end; the other end is a variety of standard heavy-duty truck diagnostic adapters, including such as CUMMINS (CAT/J1939)-6P, CUMMINS (CAT/J1939)-9P, SINOTRUK-19P, ISUZU-20P, KOMATSU-12P, CAT-14P, Iveco-38P, Volvo-8P, etc. ISUZU-20P, KOMATSU-12P, CAT-14P, Iveco-38P, Volvo-8P, Mercedes-14P, Mercedes-38P, Denso-12P, MAN-7P, MAN-12P, MAN-37P, etc., or other truck adapters can be customized upon request. At the beginning of the design, we have reserved the position of customer's logo on the surface of the product, which can be chosen according to the needs.
Production process
Our production technology standard follows QC/T29106-2014 "Technical Conditions for Automotive Wire Harness". The main production process of this series includes two parts: welding and overmolding.
