Design features
All adopt one-piece full-wrapped rubber design, durable and non-deforming. One end of the product is OBD female (DB male or DB female can also be used), using a 360° terminal design to ensure full contact with the butt end; the other end is a variety of standard automotive diagnostic adapters, including Honda 3P, Mazda 17P, Toyota 22p, Nissan 14p, Volvo 8P, BMW 20p, Mercedes 14p, Iveco 38p, Marelli 3p Mitsubishi 12p and so on, more than 20 kinds of options to match, or can be customized according to the requirements of other car adapters. At the beginning of the design, we have reserved the position of the customer's logo on the surface of the product, which can be chosen according to the needs.
Production process
Our production technology standard follows QC/T29106-2014 "Technical Conditions for Automotive Wire Harnesses". The main production process of this series includes two parts: welding and molding and covering。
