Design features
OBD stands for On-Board Diagnostics, which is now a standardized tool. It works by allowing external electronic devices to be connected to the car's computer system, and when the car's sensors decide there's a problem, they trigger a message called a "fault code," and the OBD device can check these fault codes to determine exactly what's wrong, and it's becoming even more important as cars become more computerized.
Since diagnostics is the most important function of OBD devices, complete connection becomes critical. We designed the device by abandoning the traditional tuning fork type female pin and adopting a 360° full envelope type female pin, which can ensure complete contact when plugging in.
Manufacturing Process
The OBD female connector is basically made by inserting the female pin into the housing and then pressing it. We have over 15 years of manufacturing experience and a professional team to provide you with advantageous services.
