Design features
The insulation sheath adopts semi-encircling or full encircling structure, the process of sheath dot glue fixed on the clip, not easy to fall off; the upper and lower alligator teeth are not deformed, not dislocated; the alligator clip fixed shaft does not break or fall off; the conductor uses a combination of fine copper wire total strand, so that the wire bending resistance as well as a softer feel.
OBD female terminal adopts 360° ring design to ensure full contact with male terminal, which makes the conduction performance more safe and reliable, not the tuning fork type two-point contact on the market.
The middle card adapter adopts PCB welding to make the adapter more solid.
The national standard male terminal width is 1.5MM, but in consideration of the automotive diagnostic seat by the market after the different width of the connector butt plug, resulting in the female chassis terminals loose, in this case, our products use 1.65MM wide terminal design, to better meet the different conditions of the automotive diagnostic seat adaptation needs.

Production process
These products will go through the process of cutting wires - stripping wires - soldering - assembling crocodile clips - wrapping rubber middle card (if needed) - testing and so on.
